Dear IAmSimplyBeautiful Family,

One of the things we are most excited about this year is watching our 2026 IAmSimplyBeautiful Louisiana Ambassadors step into this journey. These women represent the heart of our movement. Each one brings her own story, passion, and desire to uplift the women around her. Over the next few weeks, we will continue introducing them, so make sure you are following along. You will also begin seeing new board member announcements in the coming weeks as we continue strengthening the leadership and structure of IAmSimplyBeautiful Global. We are building a team of women who believe deeply in this mission and want to help expand the impact of this work.

Behind the scenes, we have also reached an important milestone. We officially received our SAM.gov registration number, which allows IAmSimplyBeautiful Global to apply for federal funding opportunities and grants. This is an important step for nonprofits that want to pursue national opportunities and larger funding sources. Because of this registration, we are now able to apply for grants that will help us expand our programs, reach more women, and build sustainable initiatives that serve our communities long term. We have already begun applying for several grants and are hopeful about the opportunities ahead.

We are also currently working on the details for our next compilation book, Tainted Elegance: Revealed. This project will feature women from around the world sharing their stories about how they found their true selves. It will be a powerful collection of voices centered on healing, resilience, and transformation. Right now we are putting together the outline and preparing for the next phase of the project.

Another initiative we are excited about is our Let’s Go Girls! Professional Development Program, designed to support both women and young girls. This program will focus on confidence, leadership, personal development, and practical life and career skills. We are currently developing the program outline and working on funding so we can host our first workshops this summer.

For those who may be new to our community, IAmSimplyBeautiful Global is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers women and girls through creative expression, literary arts, visual arts, and personal growth. Through books, storytelling circles, and community arts programs, we help women share their voices, rebuild confidence, and step into their power. We also provide workforce development and professional growth opportunities in financial education, entrepreneurship, leadership, and practical job skills so women can grow personally and professionally. While we strive to empower all women, our work focuses especially on supporting minority and Indigenous women in rural and underserved communities.

As we continue growing, funding is essential to the work we are building. Donations help us provide workshops, create programs for women and girls, publish books that amplify women’s voices, and host community events that bring women together to learn, grow, and support one another.

We are also assisting with planning the upcoming HerVision2027 Conference, which will bring women together for connection, inspiration, and leadership development. Our first conference will be held in Louisiana, and from there we will branch into cities across the country. More details about this exciting event will be shared soon.

Another update is that we will be releasing our Louisiana activity calendar along with our online workshops and summits by April, so stay tuned. There will be many opportunities for women to connect, grow, and participate in the work we are building together.

There is so much happening behind the scenes, and we are incredibly grateful for every woman who continues to support this movement and believes in the mission of IAmSimplyBeautiful.
