The Birth of a Movement

IAmSimplyBeautiful Global was not created overnight. It was born from a journey—my journey. For years, I knew what it felt like to shrink, to stay quiet, and to believe that my voice did not matter. But I also knew the power of transformation, the moment when you choose to rise, to claim your space, and to live beautifully and unapologetically.

This organization is my baby, my legacy, and my gift to women everywhere. What started as a spark in Louisiana has grown into a fire around the world. From community workshops and empowerment events to national recognition, IAmSimplyBeautiful has proven one truth: when women are given the tools and confidence to lead, they change everything.

That is why I created IAmSimplyBeautiful Global. We aim to provide women with not only inspiration, but also education. Not just words, but tools. Not just a seat at the table, but the power to build their own.

The Vision That Drives Us

IAmSimplyBeautiful Global envisions a clear goal: to establish a global movement that redefines beauty, fosters leadership, and transforms communities by empowering women.

I see a world where:

Women rise in leadership at every level—from rural parishes in Louisiana to the global stage.
Workforce development is equitable, and women are not just included but centered in innovation and opportunity.
Beauty is redefined as wholeness, courage, and confidence—not standards imposed by society.
Every girl knows her worth before the world tries to convince her otherwise.
Communities thrive because empowered women create empowered families, economies, and nations.

This is not just about Louisiana. It is about creating a ripple effect, from one chapter to another, from one nation to another, until women everywhere are fully seen, fully heard, and fully supported.

The Louisiana Chapter as a model for grassroots empowerment, workforce training, and community impact.
National Chapters across the United States, each addressing local needs while advancing the larger mission.
Global Chapters that unite women across borders, languages, and cultures, proving that empowerment is universal.
Advisory Boards at the Louisiana, National, and Global levels, bringing expertise and accountability while protecting the heart of the mission.

Signature initiatives will carry this vision forward:

The Hustle Beautiful Academy – a training ground for women in leadership, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness.
The IAmSimplyBeautiful Awards – honoring women who are making an impact in their community and around the world
Bloom Kits and Creative Tools – empowering women and girls with resources for confidence, healing, and growth.
Conferences and Events – spaces where women’s voices are amplified and their brilliance is recognized.

This is not a short-term plan. This is a 10, 20, 50-year vision. IAmSimplyBeautiful Global will outlive me, serving as a movement that women can inherit, lead, and expand for generations.

My Commitment as Founder

I do not take this vision lightly. It is my life’s work. As the Founder of IAmSimplyBeautiful Global, I commit to:

Protecting the mission and ensuring it always aligns with empowerment and equity.
Guarding the integrity of the organization so it cannot be hijacked, diluted, or misused.
Training leaders who will carry the torch forward with the same passion and integrity.
Building partnerships and networks that extend the reach and impact of this work.
Keeping the organization true to its roots in Louisiana while expanding across the nation and globe.

This is more than a nonprofit. This is a movement. A declaration that women are powerful, valuable, and unstoppable.

As founder, I will never allow IAmSimplyBeautiful Global to lose sight of its calling. This is not just about me. It is about every woman who has ever felt unseen. It is about every girl who deserves to grow up knowing her worth. It is about rewriting the story for women everywhere.
