Last Thursday, the Avoyelles Council on Aging held its Ladies Night, and it was simply amazing! IAmSimplyBeautiful Global (IASB) was honored to be a part of this fun-filled evening, and let me tell you, it was a night to remember. From the moment we walked in, you could just feel the excitement in the air. The ladies came dressed to impress, some even in flamingo-themed outfits, and the room was buzzing with joy and laughter.

There was plenty of delicious food, cake, and even some tasty virgin margaritas that made everyone feel special. The dancing kicked off early, and let’s just say, these ladies know how to have a good time!

I was so grateful to speak at this event on a topic that’s close to my heart: “With Age Comes Timeless Beauty.” It was a beautiful reminder to all the women in the room that beauty only gets better with time. We talked about how each wrinkle and smile line tells a story of strength, laughter, and love. I could see the glow in their eyes as they remembered just how amazing they truly are.

One of the best parts of the night was when IASB Girls Youth Ambassador, my daughter Victoria Love, led everyone in a round of affirmations. It was such a special moment. Watching the room light up as they repeated words of self-love and encouragement made my heart swell with pride. This is exactly what IAmSimplyBeautiful Global is all about—bringing women together to lift each other up and remember their worth.

The whole night was filled with love, laughter, and a real sense of sisterhood. It was a reminder that no matter our age, we are all deserving of love, confidence, and joy. I want to give a huge thank you to the Avoyelles Council on Aging and Mrs. Maria Trichell for giving us this wonderful opportunity. Your kindness and commitment to supporting our elder women mean so much.

This night was everything our mission is about—women coming together, cheering each other on, and celebrating the beauty that comes from within. We can’t wait for more moments like this!
